During the cycle of five workshops with different themes and techniques organized by the Panhellenic Network for Theater in Education, from February to May 2017, Fabrica Athens introduced the second workshop entitled “Text Through the Body”- Physical Theater Techniques

Short description:

The aim of this workshop is to explore different theatrical techniques and methods in order to create a new code of theatrical behavior and action. With references to Stanislavski, Grotowski, Eugenio Barba, Peter Brook, Suzuki, as well as to acrobatics, yoga and street theater techniques we will come in contact with a new way of creating. The team will be trained in body plasticity, dynamic acrobatics, somnamented speech, exploring the horizon of imagination.

For teachers, theatrical pedagogues, theatrologists, students, theater animators.
