The 1st handmade and recycled theater festival will be held from October 10-15 at the group theater in Kerameikos. In fact, our need for this particular festival arose a year after the completion of the group theater and as has already been said, this is a completely independent action.<\/p>\n

It is our need at this time to become active and remain artists by whatever means we can. The conditions in the Greek area and specifically in our city give us two margins. Either give up any effort, or find other ways to act.<\/p>\n
So this particular festival aims to promote all this way of action but also to bring together people who face art in this very way.<\/p>\n
Creating performances, performing, playing but at the same time designing the sets, taking care of the costumes .. editing everything alone\u2026 and without state subsidies\u2026 ..Artistic productions that start from the source\u2026 ..A step that will bring us all close, against moral and spiritual judgment.<\/p>\n
The festival is open to everyone and is competitive. There will be 2 prizes \/ committee and audience \/ and the first 2 teams will play for free at the venue (after the end of the festival) for 8 and 4 performances respectively.
