Fabrica Athens brings Family Yoga to the musical Odyssia Festival with Giovanna Michaliadi Sarti! Odyssey visitors of all ages left the beach for a while and gathered on the roof of the summer Cariocas Beach Bar for a special Yoga training workshop under the sound of the waves.
An action aimed at the whole family in order for young and old to mix! The group gets to know each other better and understands each other through the body, the breath and the gaze, while at the same time expanding the field of imagination, our personal and group boundaries with creative tools such as combinations of yogi games, mantra and theatrical techniques.
