Online Pilates lessons from Fabrica Athens. The Multifunctional Art Group Fabrica Athens includes in its program, online Pilates classes.
We stay home and exercise online! Pilates largely avoids high impact, high power output, and heavy muscular and skeletal loading.

Fani Karantoni
Fani Karantoni is a graduate of the Department of History and Archeology of the School of Philosophy of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 2010 she completed her studies as a dance teacher graduating from the vocational school of Niki Kontaxaki Nikoletta Bakali (department of dance teachers) specializing in classical and modern dance. She is a certified Pilates Instructor Mat & Props by AF Studies.
He has attended numerous seminars in Greece and abroad (Impulstanz Vienna International Dance Festival) contact improvisation, partnering, contemporary dance, ballet, jazz / musical, yoga, Pilates.
Since 2005 she has been teaching dance and pilates while she danced in musical performances with the group of Christos Katidis. In the summer he participates in a summer camp for teaching dance to children.
Early booking is required to participate in the online course.
